Subscription rules for Odense Boldklub

Every member is obligated to pay their subscription in order to train and play matches for OB. 

The board justifies the differentiation in the scope of the individual age groups' use of the facilities (hot water, lights, artificial turf times, etc.). 

The subscription is collected on February 1st (covering February to July) and August 1st (covering August to January). The subscription will automatically renew if we have not received a resignation via our website – www.obfodbold.dk. 

The deadline for terminating your subscription is January 29th for the spring and July 29th for the fall. The club does not refund subscriptions even if the resignation occurs mid-period.

Payment

The first time you need to pay your subscription, you will receive an email with a payment link. When you pay, your payment card is also enrolled in a subscription scheme. This means that your subscription will automatically be charged to your payment card in the future. Dankort, VISA card, and MasterCard can be used.

If you forget to update your payment card, Nets will send an email with a payment link. This must be paid immediately. In case of arrears, the player will be barred from training and matches in the club until payment is made. It costs 100 DKK to lift the ban again.

New card and new data

Our members are obliged to keep their membership data up to date, including email address and payment card, on the member's own page under "My DBU".

* Student discount - only for higher education

New members must register as senior members and submit a copy of their student card to medlem@obfodbold.dk. The club will refund 180 DKK on the next payment. If we have not received a copy of the student card at least 30 days before the next payment, the discount will be forfeited. Please note that student cards from SDU are only valid with a copy of the enrollment confirmation. Players wishing to change their subscription must notify the membership office at least 30 days before the payment of the new subscription. A copy of the student card should be sent to medlem@obfodbold.dk. If the copy of the student card is received later than 30 days before, the discount will only be applied to the subsequent billing. Please note that student cards from SDU are only valid with a copy of the enrollment confirmation.

* * Supporting member

As a supporting member, you support Odense Boldklub with 400 DKK per year. Membership does not grant voting rights at the general assembly. Membership will automatically renew each year upon receipt of the payment slip from the membership office. New members pay for the first time on the date of enrollment.

Resignation

Resignation can only be done via the club's website – www.obfodbold.dk - form. The deadline for termination of your subscription is January 29th for the spring and July 29th for the fall. Resignation after this date will only be effective from the following season. If you terminate your membership later, the termination will only be effective from the following season.

Resignation/termination is solely done by the player (parents) and can only be done on our website – www.obfodbold.dk - form. Resignation to the coach/leaders will NOT be considered resignation from the club. Paid membership fees will not be refunded.
